Megan has provided outside counsel services to middle market businesses and legal departments for large companies.
Megan has experience as lead trial counsel experience in multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, complex commercial litigation including tax disputes, commercial contract disputes, employment disputes, complex family law disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty and trade secret claims.
Megan has been recognized for her sophisticated representation in trade secret and other cases involving complex e-discovery issues and forensic analysis of electronically stored information and sits on the prestigious Seventh Circuit Council on Data Privacy and Digital Information (formerly the 7th Circuit Council on eDiscovery).

JOHN FOX, Attorney
John Fox is a corporate transactional attorney servicing small and middle market companies and individual investors. John specializes in private equity relationships, investment suitability for individual investors, as well as companies going through friends and family, angel, seed and institutional investment rounds. John is also a trusted source to these companies in their organizational matters, licensing transactions, employment setup and other general counsel services. John is building our Environmental Law Division.
ELLISON SNIDER, Lead Paralegal & Executive Assistant
Ellison Snider joined Lopp Mathias Law in December 2018. Ellison previously worked at the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law where she supported the Women’s Law and Policy Initiative and Partnership for Equity and Education Rights (PEER). Ellison serves as a proud member of Women Employed’s Advocacy Council.
Ellison graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 2016 with a B.A. in Advocacy and Social Change and a minor in Sociology. She looks forward to attending law school Fall of 2020.
