MEGAN LOPP MATHIAS, Founding Partner 

An attorney focused on legal + design, with an ability to provide innovative general counsel services to clients in a tech-driven, efficient manner and assist in-house departments in managing e-discovery and other processes for the delivery of legal services.  Megan has provided outside counsel services to middle market businesses and legal departments for large companies.

Megan has experience as lead trial counsel experience in multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, complex commercial litigation including tax disputes, commercial contract disputes, employment disputes, complex family law disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty and trade secret claims.
Megan has been recognized for her sophisticated representation in trade secret and other cases involving complex e-discovery issues and forensic analysis of electronically stored information and sits on the prestigious Seventh Circuit Council on Data Privacy and Digital Information (formerly the 7th Circuit Council on eDiscovery).
Known for her integrity, grit, leadership, strength, business development and strong work ethic both inside and outside the work environment, Megan is the advocate you and your business need.

CHLOE WHITE, Associate Attorney   

Chloë White is an associate at Lopp Mathias Law. She graduated from DePaul University College of Law with a Certificate in Family Law. While in law school, Chloë was on the executive board of DePaul’s Child and Family Law Society and an editor with the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law. While at DePaul College of Law, Chloë studied abroad in Madrid, Spain where she studied European Business & Commercial Law along with European Human Rights Law at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Chloë also focused her time on volunteering with Ascend Justice (formally known as the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic). She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville where she focused her studies on International Relations. While obtaining her undergraduate degree, Chloë studied abroad in Florence, Italy.


Chloë now lives in Chicago with her dog, Eleanor. She enjoys trying all the restaurants Chicago has to offer and traveling with her friends and family.

ANTONIO RODRIGUEZ, Associate Attorney 

Antonio Rodriguez is an associate attorney at Lopp Mathias Law with nearly two decades of experience in Cook County government. He has worked in the Office of the Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County, the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, and the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, respectively. Antonio focuses his practice on representing small and medium-sized closely held enterprises in a variety of general corporate matters, including business and commercial litigation. Antonio hails from the University of Michigan Law School and enjoys traveling, finding the next profound gastronomic experience, and spending time with his family. 



Alyssa is currently a 2L at DePaul University College of Law. She received her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, with majors in Sociology and Political Science. Her time studying the Sociology of Marriage & Family and Sociology of Law affirmed her passion for pursuing a career in Family Law. As a Law Clerk, her role consists of conducting research, drafting, and managing client files. Alyssa enjoys exploring the city and finding new places to spend time with friends.
